Sick!!! UUUUGGGHHH!!!

I went back to the Dr. yesterday for the 2nd time in the past 3 weeks. I still have bronchitis and had to get two shots and a breathing treatment. I also got sent home with loads of meds to help get rid of the awful cough that I've had for about 4 weeks now.

The past couple of nights I've spent working on my Design Team projects and getting ready for the weekend crop that we're hosting at ASF. I also made a birthday card for a co-worker.

I'm really hoping that I can get some rest and do a little scrapping this weekend. Just look at me, already thinking about the weekend and it's only Wednesday!! LOL! Well, a girl can wish right?!! Well, I'm off to browse the web for a few more minutes before attempting to go to bed.

Just Catching Up...

Wow! It's been a while since I posted. I'm still trying to get the hang of this "blogging thing". This week went pretty well. I still have an awful cough that I just can't seem to get rid of. I guess it's time for me to call the Dr. again. It's going on 3 weeks now and I'm still coughing.


On another note, I finished my Design Team assignment today!! WOOO HOOO!! Now I have to work on my assignment for the CyberCrop that we're hosting this weekend. Stop by and check us out at ASF...I guarantee it will be fun! I love CyberCrops. It's a great way to boost your creativity and to win prizes. I also tried my hand at painting today. A friend of mine gave me some 5x7 canvas to play with. I'm not Picasso, but it was fun. I did sort of a graduated pink design.




The hubby and I went on a date Friday which was really nice. After becoming a parent, it's always nice to have grown-up time. It doesn't happen often, so you have to enjoy it while you can. I tried to bring the camera along to take pictures, but the hubby said NO!! HAHAHA!! Well, I guess that's enough rambling for today. I'm off to read what's going on with my friends.

What a Great Day!!

I was off work for President's Day and I got a chance to scrap! I did 4 layouts which is a record for me. I started out my day getting pictures developed at Wal-Mart. Of course I couldn't go and get what I went for!!! Is there anyone that can go in Wal-Mart and get exactly what they went for? If so, PLEASE let me know your secret!! :) Well, "the honeymoon is over" so I guess I better go to bed so I won't be a zombie at work tomorrow.
