My friend and I got together this weekend and did some scrapping. I was in the mood for Christmas...can you tell?!! LOL!! Just a few layouts of the little one and my family. I used a lot of Scenic Route and Bo Bunny on these. I sure am gonna miss Scenic Route. I am a HUGE fan of their papers!

It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas!

Only 4 weeks and Christmas will be here!! Can you believe it? This year has really flown by. I've finished with most of the little one's presents so now I have to work on getting a few family gifts. I haven't started making any Christmas layouts or cards yet which is not good at all. Guess I'll b rushing again this year to get them finished an out in time for Christmas. :) Here's an old Christmas door hanger that I usually put on my Office Door and an old Christmas picture of the little one. We are putting up the tree tonight, so hopefully I will have some new pictures to share.
I hope everyone has fun with their decorating and Christmas shopping!!

More Christmas Shopping

I must say that I'm proud of myself this year for starting early. I really hate the Christmas Eve RUSH and promised myself that if I can help it, I will NEVER experience it again!! LOL!! So, here are a few more items that I've gotten for the little one. I know that this will by far be the favorite gift!! She's been asking for a pink Nintendo DS since last Christmas. :) I was smart to get this last month because when I went in the stores this weekend, there were no pink ones left.

I bought two games to go along with the DS. I'm really not sure what kind of games to get so I just grabbed these two. The My Baby Girl games seems like something she will like since she loves taking care of her baby dolls. She really likes the Madagaskar 2 movie, so I'm hoping it will be a hit too.

This one was more for me!! LOL!! I just think that Tinkerbell and her
friends are sooo cute! We both enjoyed the first movie, so hopefully this one will be just as good.

Well, I think I want to grab a few more odds and ends and then I will be finished with the kid. Now, everyone else is on their own!! LOL!!

Christmas shopping

I was able to get a little Christmas shopping done today. The hubby stayed home with the little one while I went to find some fun stuff. I really didn't have a clue what to get her since her favorite line while watching commercials is, "I want that, I want that, I want that..." LOL!! I promise she does this during EVERY TOY COMMERCIAL!!

I was most excited about finding the new Princess Tiana doll. I think it's so wonderful to have an ethnic Disney princess. :o) She's going to love it because she is so excited about the upcoming movie. I also got the baby Ah-Choo doll which I think is HILARIOUS!! LOL! How did they think of a doll that sneezes? HAHAHA! She's totally in love with the new Moxie Girlz dolls so I know that one will be a hit. I'm also happy to find a Wii game that she can play and have fun with. So, just a few more things and I should be done.

Just stuff...

I hope everyone is having a great week! Has anyone started Christmas shopping yet? I still can't believe that we have a little over a month before the big day will be here. I have at least bought my little one's main gift. The rest I'm still pondering over. I just have no clue what to get her this year. Of course, she wants EVERYTHING she sees on TV so that is no help! LOL!!

Here's a new picture of us. We were just playing around with the camera! LOL!! I'm not sure what kind of expression that is that she did. HAHAHAHAHA!!

This is my latest page. I just love all the colors!! I'm so sad to see Scenic Route going out of business because I LOVE their papers. {{BOOO HOOO}}

Well, I'm off to watch movies and eat popcorn!! Have a great day!

Happy Halloween!!

I hope everyone had a safe and happy Halloween, Harvest Fest, or whatever it is you celebrate. My little one was soooo excited!! This was her first year to actually go trick or treating! Normally we go to some type of festival or event. This year, we went trick or treating in the mall and also to a Halloween House party for kids. Before the party got kicked off, the kids grabbed their bags and we walked up and down the street trick or treating. There weren't a lot of houses giving out candy, but at least she got the experience. :) What happened to the good old days when trick or treating was fun and safe??? Oh well, I guess times change.

Well, here's my little one all decked out in her "Hippy" costume. This costume fit her Sassy personality perfectly!! I kept having to remind her what she was because everytime someone asked her response was "I don't know!" HAHAHAHAHA!

Scrappy Stuff

I'm getting ready for Halloween today. The little one's costume is from the 60's. Granted that is about 40 years before she was born, but it is still cute!! Hopefully the rain will let up enough for me to get some great pictures that I'll be posting later.

I have been scrapping, just haven't made the time to upload it. So, here is some of my latest scrappy stuff!

See, this is what happens when you're trying to manage too many sites!! Between facebook, my diet blog, several scrapbook sites, and my Etsy shop I don't have enough time!! But here I am hopefully back to the blogging world. What have I been doing?? Nothing much...just a little scrapping here and there, normal Mommy & wife stuff and the occassional "me" time.

Here's one of my latest pages.

I've been Crafting!!

So, I've finally gotten back in the crafty mood!! I hate when I have scrapper's block. :o( My friend and I spent most of the day Saturday scrapping. I finished about 6 layouts for my vacation book! Now, this is very good for me since normally I spend a lot of time talking at crops and no scrapping. LOL!!

Well, here are a few of my scrapping creations and a couple of Etsy items.

Thrifty Thursdays!!

Hi! This is something new that I'm starting. There is a little thing that several sellers offer on Etsy called PIF (Pay It Forward). It's where you can purchase an item for the listing fee of .20 cents plus shipping and handling. It's a great way to sample something for a small price. All we ask is that you Pay It Forward, by listing one in your shop or by doing something nice for someone. So, starting today, I will be listing a weekly PIF in my shop every Thursday. It will be random items, so remember to stop by and check out what's on sale.

This week's PIF features a sample set of my chipboard buttons in Hot Pink, Chocolate, Vanilla, and Orange. You can click HERE if you'd like to purchase these from my Etsy Shop or use the Buy Now option below if you don't have an Etsy account to purchase thru PayPal.
See ya for next week's PIF!! Thanks for stopping by!

Long time no blog!! I took a trip to visit my sister for the 4th of July holiday. It was so much fun and I can't wait to go back again. Maybe next time, I'll have longer to stay. Anyway, nothing much going on with me. Just work and a little crafting. I'm looking forward to cropping this weekend with a friend. We are going to make it a full day of scrapping and just hanging out. I can't wait!! I haven't done a page in 2 weeks!!

Here are a few new things that have been added to my Etsy shop.
I just love this little owl and I can't wait to find a project to put it on. :)
Cutie Patootie Owl

I find myself always creating girly stuff so I stepped out of the box and made these Big Boy Buttons.
Thanks for stopping by!! Stay tuned for my weekly PIF (Pay It Forward) offers and some give-aways. :) (I know I keep saying that, but I promise it's coming!!)

Fun Stuff

Yeah, so I completely forgot about the give-away that I was supposed to do last Friday!! LOL!! I'll try again this Friday...I promise.

So, here is some stuff that I've been creating lately. The first two are Father's Day cards for my Daddy and Hubby. My Dad is always my biggest fan of my crafting. He thinks his baby is talented. :o) My hubby loved his card too and I had fun making them

I've been crafting away for my Esty shop. I created a few more new sets of chipboard buttons in several different colors. As usual, if you don't see the color combo that you'd like, feel free to make a special request. I love custom orders. :o)
